We ship worldwide using Australia Post.
Shipping Costs (in AUD) & Delivery Time
Within Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days for $10 (free on orders over $150)
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days for $15
To New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days for $18 (free on orders over A$300)
- Express Shipping: 2-5 business days for $35
To the rest of the world:
- Standard Shipping: 6-27 business days for $29 (free on orders over A$300)
- Express Shipping: 3-14 business days for $47
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs clearance.
For international deliveries, local customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by local authorities and are payable by the recipient.
Order Processing Time
Most of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be carefully prepared and processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist you with the claims process.
