Refund policy

30-day returns

We offer a 30-day return policy to give you peace of mind with your purchase.

Eligibility for returns:

  1. The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving your items; and
  2. The items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Change of mind returns:

  • We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience
  • A standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order included complimentary shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

How to start a return:

  1. Contact us: email us at hello@claria.com.au, including your order confirmation email.
  2. Shipping label for return: we will provide you with a shipping label. 
  3. Processing your refund: Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will notify you and process the refund promptly.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Warranty

We offer a 12-month product guarantee against faults or defects. We will repair or replace any goods we sell that have a fault which would not normally be detected at the time of purchase. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to appropriate product care not being taken.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
